What materials are used to make permanent jewelry?
Gold-filled: Gold-filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of gold to a base metal core, offering the look and durability of gold at a more affordable price compared to solid gold.
Sterling silver: Sterling silver jewelry is made from an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. This alloy is known as "925 sterling silver" and is valued for its brightness and durability.

What if my jewelry breaks?
All our jewelry is custom-welded to fit you perfectly. While it's designed to be durable, accidents can happen, and your jewelry may come loose. If this occurs, simply bring your jewelry back to us, and we'll re-weld it at no additional cost. For pieces not purchased from us, a small fee may apply. If you misplace your jewelry, you will be responsible for replacing it.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Although your permanent jewelry is waterproof, it is best to rinse it in warm water after coming in contact with chlorine or saltwater.
Use a soft-bristle brush and a gentle soap to gently clean your jewelry. This is especially important if the jewelry came in direct contact with any chemical, perfume, or lotion.
Use a polishing cloth to restore the shine of your jewelry.
-
Is my jewelry TSA safe?
Absolutely! Your jewelry is completely TSA compliant, so you can travel worry-free without any issues!
-
What if I need to remove my jewelry for a procedure?
If you have a procedure planned and your provider asks you to remove all jewelry, we recommend cutting your jewelry at the "Jump Ring" or the welded ring. Once the procedure is complete, simply bring your jewelry back to us, and we'll reattach it for you!
